The majority of our initial consultation appointments are taking place via Zoom and telephone. We have some limited availability for in-person initial consultation appointments. As we transition back to our offices, some of our ongoing sessions are taking place in-person and others are taking place via Zoom or telephone.

Please do let us know your preferences when you apply. Even when we have fully returned to our offices, we will continue to offer sessions via Zoom and telephone for initial consultations and counselling sessions to new and existing clients. We are pleased to inform you that we are continuing to offer our CPD and Training programme through an interactive online platform.

Counselling provides a safe environment where someone can come and be heard, and where the emphasis is on enabling people to make changes to their lives which they feel would be of benefit. The aim is to help the client achieve a better quality of life for themselves. The counsellor and client work together to do this, exploring issues and what may be the underlying cause, and so gaining a deeper understanding and greater self-awareness.
We recognise that counselling is a financial commitment, which not everybody can afford. In light of this, we are able to offer an initial consultation appointment and up to 16 subsequent weekly counselling sessions at no cost if you meet the eligibility criteria. Our team will contact you once your form is received to send copies of the necessary documents.
