Could not recommend Jen any higher. Not only did she get up at 5:00AM for a practice drive before my test, but she equipped me with the confidence with only four minors. Excellent teacher, patient of a Saint, superb listener and outstanding mentor. If you are learning to drive, Jen is your best bet. 10/10 5 stars.

I recently passed my driving test 1st time at Ellesmere Port test centre. I can’t recommend Quails and John enough, after having bad experiences with other instructors in the past I was nervous and lacking in confidence but John was patient and friendly and really helped me with all aspects of learning to drive.

So far I have completed parts 1 and 2, and now on part 3 of my ADI with Quails.
Throughout each part, I have found Graham to be really patient, engaging, supportive and effective with my training. He is always on hand for practical advice. My training has been extremely thorough, and Graham always strives for you to be at your best.
So now, working towards to getting part 3 done.
