Services
We are an established team of specialist neurological therapists with an extensive range of experience, knowledge and skills providing rehabilitation across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and the East Midlands. The team is led by 6 directors (Ruth Sturt, Fiona Logan, Rachel Marsden, Matt Cave, Rachel Craft and Kate Caldwell) and we have all worked in the business for many years prior to leading it.
Each qualified team member has a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience and has worked in the NHS at senior level. All team members are members of their professional body and are registered with the Health Professions Council. We all live and work across the East Midlands, in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Leicestershire.
We also treat those with general mobility problems, falls and postural or balance problems. Whether you are newly diagnosed, or have been living with your condition for many years. Whether you are fully dependent, or just have a few balance difficulties. We have specialist neurological therapists who are experienced at treating and managing your situation.
We can offer one or more members of the multi-disciplinary team. Within PWYA we have physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a speech and language therapist, and an orthotist. All members of the team are valued therapists, respected in their own right and are encouraged to be continually developing their skills and knowledge.

Absolutely fantastic. One of the physio's (Ruth Sturt) has been working with my husband since he had a serious stroke. She always turns up on time, she works so hard with him. She also bought another physio with her from time to time and two of them were working on him at once. They give you so much hope and positivity. A special thank you to Ruth for everything she does for us. 5 stars is not enough. I would highly recommend. You are absolutely amazing!

Tess & Rachel are working with my sister in law who has had a brain haemorrhage. Although it's early days she's already making great progress & she looks forward to their visits.. They are so knowledgeable, friendly & efficient & we are feeling so positive that Jayne will enjoy a better quality of life thanks to them. Highly recommended.
