East Brighton Golf Club
As we enter our 128th year we reflect on our history and legacy inherited from our founders and their successors. We are the caretakers for following generations and acknowledge our responsibility to maintain the ethos and traditions of our great golf club. They are based on the camaraderie amongst our members, our friendly staff, our historic clubhouse and our wonderful course with spectacular views over the channel.

We look forward to welcoming you to one of the most enjoyable courses on the South Coast and are confident you will love your East Brighton golf club experience.
Services
East Brighton Golf Club is steeped in tradition with many great golfing memories and experience. Past presidents include the Marquis of Abergavenny, the Earl of Chichester, Field Marshall Earl Haig and the Duke of Norfolk. If you take a trip around our Club House you will see many more familiar names on our honours boards.
Built in 1905, the main structure of the Club House remains much the same as the original building. Over the years the interior has been improved and updated to include the Oak Lounge, a superb oak panelled room with its own bar and welcoming open fire. This is the perfect setting for special occasions.
East Brighton is now on the very top of my favourite courses for many reasons: 1. Members' Club: so one can expect a well cared for, first class course. 2. Challenging for all level of golfers. 3. Amazing setting with unforgettable views as the course is high up. Clubhouse: traditional, not stuffy but welcoming.
East Brighton Golf Club is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment for all individuals involved in golf. We are also committed to ensure that the sport of golf is one within which all participants can thrive in a safe environment and that all children and young people have an enjoyable and positive experience when playing golf.
2021 Club Captain Raffaello Cowan-Boscardi extends a warm welcome to everyone here at East Brighton Golf Club. The Course nestles just above Brighton Marina overlooking the sea and with great views to the east and west. Founded in 1893 and laid out by the distinguished golf course architect James Braid, our beautiful downland track offers 18 holes of delightful but challenging golf to its members and visitors alike.

Great course, some tough holes with nice greens and well kept fairways. Lovely views too, especially on a clear day. Halfway house was great. Couple of holes were a bit hard to figure out, but would recommend playing there.

Interesting course on the South down and south coast. Long downs and long ups to exercise the most hardened play. Nice course to play on a sunny still day.

Great course although there are a few holes that are close to each other so balls flying everywhere! Still one of my favourites!
