I was introduced to this most enigmatic of sports at the age of 13 on a pitch & putt course in Falmouth, Cornwall. Becoming completely infatuated with the game I became a full junior member of the local 18 hole club and worked tirelessly at my game, sometimes playing 4 rounds a day in the summer holidays.
Moving to Surrey I joined Cuddington GC, becoming the Assistant Professional there, which commenced my career in Professional Golf. The club is renowned for its two superb 18 hole courses with the 'Lower' (Colt) being amongst the very best in the County. Both are playable literally all year round as they are constructed on free draining soil.

With four qualified P.G.A Professionals, an undercover driving range, C Swing video coaching, a 7 hole par 3 course, three chipping and putting greens and two fabulous 18 hole courses, we have everything to offer the complete beginner to the experienced player. The Golf Academy at Worthing Golf Club is a "stepping stone" into one of the premier clubs in the country and the wonderful sport. It's fun, relaxed, educational and great value for money! Academy Year 1 is ideal for complete beginners and the perfect way to try your hand at golf. The PGA staff will liaise with you and recommend when you are ready to play the Upper course.
It now boasts six undercover practice bays and a Video/Custom Fit suite. The mats and balls are of the highest quality and the whole facility is maintained on a daily basis to ensure it provides a comfortable and discerning environment for its users. The range balls are available for hire from the Professional shop at extremely competitive prices which are detailed below.
