Paid for real wooden blinds what they fitted in was plastic wooden effect blinds, meaurmemts were done wrong, came with the wrong colours at which they took £600 and its now been 9 weeks and the replacemt blinds still arent here with all the excuses of the day....i really would avoid this company unless you want ripped off!! place is a disaster of a company.....the issue is being taken further.!!

Terrible experience! Ordered perfect fit blackout blinds, blinds were fitted and they weren’t blackout. Called and left about 25 messages before someone called me back to which I was basically told I was lying and I didn’t order blackout blinds, there’s no way their salesman had made a mistake and they weren’t prepared to do anything about it! Then… got a call back saying they would replace them with blackout roller blinds as they wouldn’t pay the price to make the perfect fit blinds blackout. So I now have 3 blackout roller blinds which cost me £550!

Our wooden blinds were orederd almost three weeks ago. They were delivered and fitted today. They are simply stunning. The fitter made a great job especially in our living room as we have a bay window, I also had roller blinds from this company last year. Again I was delighted with them. So full marks for Top Cat.

Got the wrong colour of blind blinds meant to black but looked burgundy , took months to resolve ended up getting a refund which I had to chase for a few days and the blinds where eventually picked up . Wouldn’t promote this company . The girls who answer the phones are really nice that’s the only positive who are helpful and helped sort my complaint and actually listened.

The worst company to buy a blinds from!!! As we moved in the new house we planned everything around the enrty date to live without blinds for as short period of time as possible. The sales man came to take measurements (inaccurately!!) and set the installation date. A couple of days from that we got a phone call informing us that they have to cancel the date without further notice to some problems with manufacturers . We tried to call the company every day to find out some information and each time have been left without an update. When finally the man came to install our blinds it turned out that

Sham of a company!! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE complete rip off ..overpriced, poor quality, rude staff and ill-fitted blinds. Not even worth 1 star but for the purpose of leaving a review i had to leave a minimum of 1 star. Been waiting over 4 weeks for a Manager to call me back. Paid over £350 for a set of intu blinds for my french doors and roller blind for small kitchen window. Blinds were meant to be fitted on 12 Dec, got phone call at 3pm the day before fitting to say that they were cancelling as my blinds were 'damaged'. Lost a days holiday at work because of this due to late notice

On the 5th of April 2016 I had someone from Topcat blinds come out to measure my whole house for blinds. I was impressed with this guy as the day before I had Shades out and they were quite frankly a joke. I ordered pvc verticals for my front rooms and a roller for my back bedroom and into rollers for the bathroom,kitchen and French doors 9 in total. I was given a date of 19th of April for fitting them. I was given between 10am and 3pm. I waited all day and at 3.30 I phoned to be told that the fitter was running late which was fine these things happen. He turned up just before 4pm with the 4 pvc
