Shocking customer service. My mother who is 88 has been waiting for over 6 weeks now to have 2 blinds fitted on her living room windows. Fitter first arrived with 1 blind, another date was arranged for 7th September to fit both blinds no one showed up, next date arranged 15th September again another no show. Finally a fitter arrived today but guess what with only one blind. Fitter has now said he will be back tomorrow with the other blind. My mother is very upset and I am fuming at the way she has been treated. We will wait and see what tomorrow brings!!

Absolutely disgusted. First fitting appointment was cancelled will less than 24 hours notice. Was told a new fitting date which didn't really suit. No options offered. Got a rude email advising someone need to be here from 3pm til 8pm. Here I am at 20.01 and no contact from anyone. Called the office twice and left a
message for an update but no one bother to call back. I've just spent 5 hours in my car waiting as the home is not yet furnished. I'm fuming. Dont know what possessed me to use this company. Should have stuck with the Blind Guy who is

I have used shades a couple of times now and have been over the moon with the products and the service. I previously had vertical blinds fitted and have recently had venetian blinds done and I'm very happy with them. I did get other quotes and shades were the best - we chose shades in the end because it is a reliable company. Our fitter Eric was very professional and a very pleasant man. I always recommend shades to anyone thinking of blinds.
