Had loads of work done over the years by Andy & Nic, headboards, pelmets, blinds and cushion and today just had a headboard recover. As always the products and service are of the very highest quality and standard and with a personal touch they always go above and beyond.
They were great when buying my blind and also there was a problem with the colour which was entirely my fault but Andy and Nicola fixed it the next day, they really do go the extra mile, I can highly recommend them to anyone.Absolute A+ service.

Level of service and lack of conmunication between themselves is an utter disgrace i ordered blinds on the second of september and finally they managed to get it right on the 4th of november !!!! No discount or compensation for their total incompetence..... altho i would say a huge to richard for taking ownership.

I got a recommendation to use Village Blinds to cut 1 inch of PVC vertical blinds I had bought from a.n.other blind company(bought them online). Village blinds (Andy) were very accommodating, and were able to do this request at short notice. I can’t thank them enough for doing this small job and at a good price. I will use Village blinds in the future, as opposed to online retailers due to the wrong specification of blinds that were delivered and..near impossible to send back without incurring postage costs at my expense. To anyone reading this, I would highly recommend using this small company

Fantastic service!!! Andy from village blinds came straight out when I told him my old blinds were causing the sunlight to stream in early morning with light nights and in turn me and my newborn we're suffering sleep wise. As this is my first property i have never had to purchase blinds before so didn't have a clue what I was looking for! Andy was so helpful in helping us choose the perfect product with his outstanding knowledge of the products.
