Wow - their response is now full of total lies. They had the item in their office and were going to deliver it this week!! Extremely poor service - take your money and do not deliver the goods - do not use them. Had to cancel my electrician on 2 occasions. Rude and uphelpful staff who refused to resolve the problem or return calls and would not put me through to the owner of the company. Totally unprofessional

Blinds were incorrectly measured and none of the verticals matched, the fitter who was excellent arranged for 4 new slats, this left the blinds looking worse, when the fitter came back we couldn’t agree on a solution so I asked for a refund, this poor guy was on the phone to the shop for an HOUR!!! Eventually I phoned them myself and they agreed to remove and refund within 10 minutes, however when I was passed to Donna for the refund she was incredibly rude, she immediately was informed to offer instructions politely, this all took 1 1/4 hours.... an absolute disgrace! This would be a zero stars
