I called to book a taxi from my hotel to work. I was surprised that the person who took the call instead of asking first where I'd like to be picked at asked me where I was going to. When I said I'll be going to the hospital (I'm an NHS worker), he said they are unable to provide a taxi for Covid reasons. That's just very discriminating and disgusting.

I made use of the services of Unique Taxis in August 2019 to take a friend and myself one evening from Wye Surgery to Ashford railway station on a rainy evening. The service was very efficient, with a helpful and friendly person answering the phone and an excellent and friendly driver. Full marks to Unique Taxis!

Driver was lovely however we had pre booked the taxi and agreed a price for the return journey giving details of addresses and post codes at the time of booking only to be told as we were being dropped off that the price was wrong and would cost more if we wanted to be picked up. Very cheeky as the journey was pre arranged we should have been given correct price at the time.

I used their services recently traveling from my dad's home to Ashford International. Not a long trip but excellent service, fantastic car, perfect driver and absolutely fair price. I'm planning to use them till I'm in Ashford. Highly recommended!
