Booked 7 seater for an agreed time to give adequate time to get to a booked event by the start time. When no show after 15 mins late rang company and told would be with us in 5 to 7 minutes but still no show after another 15mins. So got in car and had to drive ourselves arriving late, and with one member of our party having to miss out on wine when visiting a vineyard! Totally unprofessional and will never consider using again.

Rather terrifying experience in reality. Poor time keeping (imagine 40 minutes early and did not want to wait), driving was too fast (could see the speedometer) and as for keeping a safe distance from the car in front, forget it! The return journey (to be fair he arrived on time for this leg of the journey) was more of the same but, this time he was aggressive, rude, and could not have been more unprofessional, telling my partner to stop talking and holding his whole hand in his face when we wanted to drop off in a certain order that he wasn't happy with (but made total sense if you know Ashford
