Shocking, they didn’t show up at the allotted time and couldn’t get hold of anyone. The link that was sent just stated the the “driver was allocated”. Luckily a local taxi company came to the rescue. The driver said he hadn’t even heard of this company and had worked the area for years.
40 mins later I got an automated voice Mail with a computer voice saying the car had arrived. Followed by an email saying the booking had been cancelled.

Booked a cab online.
Received a confirmation email with no other communication.
After no taxi turned up, I called the rank and they told me that noone was coming because they don't serve our pick up location and the payment hadn't gone through.
To add insult to injury, they've now sent me a booking cancellation email 20 minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive

Frank runs a tidy, efficient taxi business with good website and text info. Pleasant driver, quick response and would use again. Top taxi firm. Has Ford Galaxy 7 seater suited our party of five,a three adults and two children. Plans to also have 9 seaters - larger cars rare in Ashford. Very good service and fair rates.

Awful service from the owner of this company. Will happily take a booking for 14 people over 2 cars via email but then won’t show up. They’re response being that they do text confirmations but how would we know this?? They then panic saying we never booked and leave a large party travelling to a wedding reception in the lurch. Not how to do business.
