At Transafe Training we provide a wide variety of LGV Driver Training, ADR Training, Driver CPC, Transport Manager and accredited NEBOSH courses by industry qualified experts. We use the Grimsby test centre for all of our driver training. The LGV Driver Training course consists of 22 hours of one-to-one training with experienced trainers.

Our full-sized LGV simulator with its 220-degree field of vision and simulated rear view creates a fully immersive virtual realistic on-the-road experience and environment for driver training.Training in the simulated environment will ensure drivers are well prepared and confident in their skills and behaviours.

Using our specialised training vehicles, we offer high quality LGV driver training on a one-to-one basis, with experienced instructors who boast excellent pass rates. Our standard LGV timetables consist of 22 hours training which is broken down into five sessions of four hours. The remaining two hours training takes place before the test.
We provide nationally recognised qualifications in Health & Safety, First Aid and Environmental Management. The health & safety courses we offer cover all work sectors from hospitality, health and social care, local authorities and emergency services, to logistics, ports, construction, renewables, civil engineering, utilities, and facilities and property management.
The DriverMetrics programme is designed to assess driver behaviour through online assessments, helping to reduce driver risk. DriverMetrics is the world's number one behavioural driver safety programme and is the most scientifically validated Profiling tool for assessing driver risk. Our driver profiling tools, together with integrated eLearning are used worldwide.
LGV Driver Apprenticeships 12-month programme is for those who wish to drive a large goods vehicle (LGV) professionally. This programme is a great way for the road haulage industry and businesses with a lorry fleet to find new drivers, reducing the risk to businesses from the large shortage of professional drivers.

I can honestly recommend transafe, all there instructors are friendly and approachable, Lewis (my instructor) was great, I couldn't of asked for a better person to teach me. All instructions and guidance was second to none with a very good teaching attitude and the knowledge of every street in grimsby and Cleethorpes. (aswell as all the drain covers 😂) overall a great learning experience from a great company! 😁😁

I completed my Class 2/Category C and then went on to my Class 1/Category C+E in just 5 weeks.
Both resulted in first time passes.
Both my instructors, Chris and Lewis were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, patient, personable and put you at ease throughout the full process.
I cannot recommend Transafe and my instructors highly enough.

I did my Cat C, C+E and my MOD 4 CPC with Transafe. Their fantastic instructors got me through them all first time. Chris and Lewis have been great at building up confidence. Can't fault them at all.
The office staff have kept me updated with the changes to my training due to new lockdown restrictions. They got me booked back in for training as soon as they knew and had confirmation from the DVSA.
Would highly recommend!

I was there for the 4th day of 5 for the DCPC and it was my 1st time at this Venue. All in all had a really good day. Learnt a couple of bits and the Tutor Chris was absolutely spot on really Friendly and Professional but also quite Humorous when the opportunity arose. Any questions put to him with regards to the subject we were covering (Drivers Hours and Tachograph Awareness). Hot drinks were available throughout the day without having to wait until the breaks. Ample parking. All in all a 1st Class Venue with aa 1st Class Tutor
