This is the best Taxi company in the whole of Chichester Area, all other companies don't answer the phone and when they do they refuse to offer their services. We needed a lift to the train station at around 7:30 am, all other taxi companies refused and said they were fully booked months in advance, which is just ridiculous, but I rang Central and spoke with a lovely woman, who moved some jobs around to fit us in, when she realised we had a baby with us, the staff member arranged for a people carrier to collect us, which was in short supply. We are very thankful Central, they really helped us out

Lovely friendly service for me and my 2 little dogs! Booked the evening before and very professional booking service. Called me at time of pickup to say running 5 mins late. Super friendly driver who was very welcoming to my 2 dogs, even though I brought a towel for them to go on. What a pleasant experience from booking to getting home!

Drivers are lovely. Office is terrible. Promised me a taxi ontime to get to me to a special event, they didn't even give the driver my job until 20 mins after my collection time and couldn't be bothered to notify me. Then lied when I called for an update, told me they were already on their way and weren't sure why they weren't already there. When driver arrived he physically showed me the time he has received the job. 8 mins before hand.

I have used this firm twice to take me from the Chichester Festival Theatre after a matinee to Chichester Station. Both drivers were, one man and one woman, were on time, polite and professional. I would definitely use this firm again. The fare was also reasonable £4.50 and £5 respectively.

Having tried 2 previous Chichester taxi firms recommended by Google & was told no taxi for 8:45 on a Saturday to enable me to catch train back to Bournemouth I came upon Central Taxis
