Have used many times and happy to recommend. Stress free travel to and from Heathrow - a great way to start a holiday. They have coped with road closures to Heathrow, cancelled flights, change of flight times, change of terminals - never a problem and communications always excellent. Cars and drivers have always been great.

Literally, the worst. It’s Christmas Eve. After a long journey from NYC, we’re stuck at Heathrow after Helen’s Taxi showed up with no child car seat. We phoned three times in advance to ensure they’d have the car seat. So here we are at Heathrow at midnight with a 2.5 year old. Merry Christmas 😓

We found travelling from Southampton Cruise Terminal to London Heathrow Airport, cost effective and problem free. We had an Multi purpose vehicle as we had loads of luggage. The driver was extremely helpful, and the vehicle in great shape. We booked in advance and paid by visa. We shall certainly recommend this company.
