Waited for taxi 15-20 minutes, said someone was ahead of me and said the taxi was here ,it was not, then phoned back and queried it and said I would phone someone else then got rude and said they would block my address, I been waiting now for about an hour as I phone station taxis and said no one booked and didn't turn up, I'm on meds and my car broke down and have shopping with me and I have got kids at home waiting for there lunch with mummy thanks alot

Half an hour late. Missed my train and connections so had to buy a new ticket. Rude on phone. Lied about taking payment by card - they said all cars took card payments but this one had no card reader. Just appalling. I'd rather walk/take bus than use this shambles.

Fantastic service by Starline. Ladies who took my booking were really helpful and I am grateful that they managed to get me booked in despite it being last minute. Minibus journeys themselves happened without any hitches. Would use this company again and would recommend to others.
