Sometimes, you find yourself in a very difficult and stressful situation don't you? You need someone to advise you - this was us as Tenants being treated appallingly by a Landlord. Some solicitors didn't bother to get back to us, RR did after a few days waiting. The lady I spoke to was quite helpful and honest - "we don't generally take on tenants because of the costs" which floored me a little, maybe they should review what is on the website and make that clear? She did give me some pointers and numbers though, which was good.
So if you're a Tennant do be aware.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Was recommended this company by my accountant so gave them a call. Did not bother responding and were hardly apologetic after messing me around. Would not reccommend as were unresponsive, unprofessional, unapologetic and rude.

From the first conversation with Peter Miles prior to purchasing our property to the completion, his service has been second to none.
This practice prides itself on the personal touch and this is exactly what you receive as their client. Phone calls are responded to and regular emails update you with the progress. I cannot recommend highly enough.
