Our Criminal Team of John Darby, Ben Darby, David Charles and Jonathan Parker draw on a wide range of experience of predominantly Defence work. Drawing on in excess of 80 years of practice between them. We offer 24 hour cover for the Police Station, and all of our Criminal Solicitors are accredited Duty Solicitors.

The person or persons responsible for administering the deceased's Estate are called Personal Representatives. The duties of either an Executor or Administrator depend largely on the nature of the Deceased's Estate. Personal Representatives are responsible for ensuring that the Estate is administered correctly and lawfully.
