I have been using Impact for many years for car servicing and MOT and anything else that my car requires. I have never had any problem with them and appreciate their help and professionalism and the quality of the work carried out. I always book in advance for routine work. Work carried out is itemised. If you have a query on anything they are happy to go through it with you. I would recommend them and I never go elsewhere.

Do not go to this place guys lol! So i call in the morning speaking to a lady called SAM who you would hope would be helpful seeing as how she is the person who answers the phone. I say i have an oil leak and need it checked out to which she tells me to come down to the garage, she cannot do ANYTHING over the phone, understandable.

I have used Impact twice now, for a full service and MOT of two different vehicles.
The reception staff were delightful and efficient, great location and satisfactory pricing.
Was not given an ETA of work done, MOT was completed fairly quickly, although the full service took from 8:30-5 - so expect your car to be in for the day.
Would definitely recommend for a professional service, will be using again.

The job was poor. Very rude reception lady. No interest at all in passing information to technicians . Failed to correct her mistake. Refused to describe the work done on their invoice. Having owned a car since 1999, I have never come across such poor service. Her attitude unfortunately will scare customers to go to impact. I am not sure if ownership has changed hands as the service I used to get from them was much better!

I used Impact Car Care for the servicing & MOT of my car. I have to say I was really impressed by the service. The customer service provided was excellent with them explaining to me all aspects pf work they were carrying out for me. The price was also very reasonable. This garage is awful. They tried to get me to pay £300 on car fixtures when two other garages said there was nothing wrong with it. When I confronted them about it they denied the situation. Complete scammers. I would never take my car there and suggest that now one else does. Frankly awful service.

Took my car in for a timing belt change a few months ago, and after looking at some of the poor ratings here thought I should at least put on here how well I felt I was treated by them. They replaced the belt and the water pump, the price was reasonable and their attitude towards me was brilliant. They are not arrogant and don't try to sell you stuff like other 'well known' garages try to do.
Would go there again and recommend to a friend.

Car broken down 360 miles from home I read the poor reviews but as the garage was next to the hotel I was staying at I had no real choice but to use them.
I found the phone manner ok and the price I was quoted was reasonable so booked car in.
Work carried out to my satisfaction and price quoted was price paid. All in all a good service and would not hesitate in using them again or recommending to a friend.
