Last week I was doing service with them. I have recorded the service on the MB server, a full printout of the service history and the current application on my phone. Professional, very polite and helpful staff. I got the car quickly at the agreed time. and what positively surprised me was that the inside was vacumed and cleaned. for which I would like to thank you.

I took my car to get a full service & told them that I wanted a full service. When I went to collect my car and pay they said they did an interim service and that they did and that it would cost an additional amount for a full one. I was not happy about this because I clearly stated I wanted a FULL service.

First Class service! Van towed in by the AA in the morning to the West 4Autos, after 2 hours i've got a call from Michael (manager at west4) to inform me exactly what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to get it back up and running (this is after 2 other mobile mechanics previously attempting & failing to fix). West 4 Auto seems to have latest diagnostic equipment to efficiently fault-find, repair & get the vehicle back up and running in a short period of time. This is level of service is very important to small electrical business like us to run our business smoothly

I have used this place first time. I have found this place absolutely excellent. I took my fiat 500 for full Service , they made sure the car was in excellent clean condition. Will surely use this place again if ever needed. Definately recommend this place, You will not be disappointed with the works.

It's a real comfort to find a garage who actually use genuine parts and give you a comprehensive breakdown of where the money went. A lot of places I've used in the past I've often left feeling I might have paid more than I needed to... not with these guys. They also had a look at my dad's vintage Aston Martin and fixed that, too. No hesitation in giving this place 5 stars!

We have used West4Autos for a number of years now, originally having our Matiz and now our Fiat Punto serviced and MOTd there each year. We've also had occasion to have the odd repair done at other times too. Compared to many garages they offer a very professional and knowledgeable service. We have never had any cause for complaint; the work has always been to a good standard. Price wise they are not cheap, but they are very good value for the work they do. Two things I like: The workshop is really clean, and when you have a service the car is cleaned and valeted too.

Went there for a minor car fault today....being an electrical issue i was kinda worried about it. However, all was sorted out within the hour for a reasonable (expected) amount. Straight forward job, and a straight forward company to deal with. Very clean premises, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely be using this one again.

West 4 Auto's are a small independent garage based at the Brentford end of Chiswick. Specialising in BMW, VW, Audi and Mercedes these guy's have all the kit to look after you car and keep it legal.
Now obviously you won't be taking your brand new car there but if you have an older car and don't need to be paying main dealer prices, this place is ideal.
Offering value for money, they will look at any make of car and perform the necessary to get you back
