Do not touch this garage, and they are so unprofessional. They are robbers and liars. After 9 days of having my car, Louie fitted a cheap thermostat in my Mercedes and used all the old pipes and clips, and did not fit the thermostat correctly. I got the car back with water pouring out of the thermostat. After 9 days, Louie, the Kardock mechanic, said I had an additional leak in the bottom/back of the engine, despite never having a leak when it went into their garage. They charged me 750. I had to get it moved to a Mercedes specialist, who was disgusted with the work they did, so much so that they called Louie to complain about his work and the situation they left me in due to negligence. George Frazer, the Mercedes specialist, said it was so badly fitted. I have all the videos and reports of this from the Mercedes specialist. It cost me a further 1,203 to put their work right. I am currently going to sue them for my money to be returned, with Mercedes and RAC support. I'll keep you all informed.

Greedy and incompetent. Brought van for service and MOT, they inspected and give me a quote £1054 all include. Next day come again to du a service, take them around 4 hours to service, change brake pads, discs and MOT. Garage issue me a new bill £1264 - price vent up £200 because take longer than they expected. They charge £755 + VAT for 1 man 4 hours labour.
After 2 days brake light come up on dash board, where chasing mechanic for 3 weeks (today his late, he is not in today, he back next week) finally give up and went to different garage.
Where told that car-dok instead installing new brake

Louis was great. Came out to sort out an issue more than once, was really patient and helpful. Ten out of ten!

My name of Vlora Berisha. I would like to tell everyone one how happy I am with CitiRental. Normally I don't bother with revues because, honestly, people just vent about silly thing, "I was given a white car -I don't like white cars" or "I rented a small care and they gave a free ugrade at no additional cost" rubbish like that al- people just lap these revues up without thinking. Well, think about this revue......CitiRental in Swiss Cottage are a good honest company. I have been using them for years and never once have they made a single error. I cannot recommend them enough.

They take the car to another service for MOT. I asked for full service and paid handsomely only to find out they don't take out the wheels to check brake pads. Then Louis asked me to pay for labor to change brake pads. Additionally, when I went to pick up the car the service light was still on. He messed up the computer so when I left, the red service light was still on. I had to take the car to another service to get the brake pads replaced and the service light put off. Never again.

Too many hours labour. Asked around in other garages saying he was charging me too many hours in labour for simple jobs. Rear differential bush he said 5,5 hours. Took it to another garage. Done in 3... i told the guy Louie he was ripping me off. And he told me to get out or he would knock me out LoL. So guys look for something better

I dropped off my 2007 BMW 1 series at 8.00 in the morning for an MOT + Full service. I called around 17.00 to check to which Louis replied that there was a problem with the MOT emissions testing machine and the car was still at another site (by the way, they don't do MOT at their site so they drive cars around to get it done at the Volvo on Finchley road). He told me he would call once it's complete because he still HAD TO DO THE SERVICING. So they don't do servicing and checks before sending the car to MOT ! I didn't get any calls. I called at 18.00 again as I had to pick up

I had a problem with my Audi A5, I had taken it to so many mechanics and was proving to be so difficult to find where it was coming from. As soon as i was recommended Kar Dok from a friend, the mehanic there Louis found the problem in no time.

I needed a service & MOT and looked up Kar-Dok website. I have a BMW and know, every time I take my car for service I cry when I get the bill. Kar-Dok has a very good website and it gave me a price and booking date there and then. I was really surprised how much I saved against my previous bills- this time I smiled when I got my bill. Kar-Dok is friendly and happy to help me whenever I need it. All I can say to all who read this.. go to Kar-Dok and start smiling again

Reliable and very skilled mechanic. I was very worried that the issue with my car could not get fixed but louie showed his knowledge and was very friendly and that put me at ease that the job would get done correctly. Very organised and updated me with the work progress. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE. I took my car for it's MOT last week which it passed. However Louis from Kar-Dok took the opportunity to try and rip me off by quoting over double the going rate for a cambelt and water pump change (around £700 instead of £300). My main issue is that when I took the car home I noticed a dent in the nearside wheel arch. This could only have occurred during the previous 24 hrs whilst my car was in the care of Kar-Dok as it had been parked with the nearside to the pavement outside my house for 3 weeks.
