I went to iFit Motors to have a tyre replaced. I explained that the tyre kept losing pressure and I therefore assumed it needed replacing. Instead of simply replacing the tyre, Faisal removed the wheel and checked it thoroughly. He discovered that the valve was leaking and said the tyre was ok. He could so easily have simply replaced the tyre - and it would have cost me a lot - but instead he was careful, professional, and thoroughly decent. Some garages get the whole trade a bad reputation, but Faisal and iFit were excellent.

A completely terrible experience, here is all that I faced:
1. I arrived 35 mins early and despite not working on any vehicle at the time, was told to come back exactly at the appointment time. There is no where to park so had to wait in a nearby estate.
2. The kerb infront of the garage is not cut so you will damage your car trying to drive over it to get in. I don't understand how this is even possible to be ignored by a garage.
3. I have no idea how on earth they managed to but they scratched the middle of my alloy, leaving the centre cap damaged and the paint on it completely ruined :( Also

Had our car taken in to have a tensioner belt changed before a trip to Wales to collect my son from a holiday with his nan. On arrival to collect my son and heading back we broke down, realising that they had snapped the coolant pipe clip and it was bone dry.
I managed to get the car into a garage where they confirmed it would have been snapped when changing the tensioner belt below and there is no way the damage wouldn’t have been caused without force.
This left me pregnant and stranded with my 4 year old and my partner in the heat. On calling Abid to tell him he said he would cover the cost

I have used them a couple of times to change tyres and do tracking. I found them to be honest about their prices and good value. I also found the work to be good, they didn't keep me waiting around and were very helpful.

Quick efficient service as well as honest advice. I ordered tyres from Asda and had them delivered and fitted here the next day. I would recommend this place highly for tyre fittings and customer service.

They damaged my alloy wheels when they fitted the new tyres, then claimed it was wear and tear. The car is only 2 years old and had pristine alloys when it went into their workshop. Now I have to pay more than twice what I paid for the tyres to fix the alloys. Never experienced this from a tyre fitter in my 30 years of motoring.

Visited following a last minute call to see if they could do me an unplanned service as car was not driving well.
Got my balancing done while there, oil and filter change, sorted my bulbs, had a few other issues with the car, the whole team was really friendly, helpful and did a good thorough job.
Few extras done at little cost whilst there to make sure car was safe and road worthy.
I would go again and would recommend them.for those in the west London area for sure.
