Majestic Gym has been in existence since 2008. Martial Arts activities are a fantastic way to tone up, lose weight, improve confidence and provides a total body muscle toning workout, superb cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, stress reduction and improved balance and coordination. Instructors are very patient but also know how to push you, incredibly skilled and genuinely down to earth.

Facilities are great too, I've recommended to many people.
Services
Following along similar lines to our Junior Thai Boxing class but for even younger students, a slightly shorter lesson at 45 minutes but still as much fun and educational as the bigger kids class! This class is a safe and fun class aimed at those new to the sport. The class teaches the juniors the basics of the sport such as how to stand, the different types of punches and kicks, how to use all the equipment, how to warm up and cool down.
Beginners will learn how to stand, how to position your hands and feet, defend and strike using punches, kicks, knees and elbows; while those more advanced people will be pushed using a greater repertoire of Muay Thai techniques. Always under the coach's watchful eye, you hit bags, work on pads, spar and clinch (knee sparring).
This class is aimed at those students who wish to learn the full range of Thai boxing techniques in addition to a challenging fitness workout. This class can be as demanding as you wish to make it. As your fitness levels increase you will be continually challenged in order to keep you progressing. The Instructor(s) in the session are there to help with technique, motivate and correct faults.
This is a class for those who wish to take their abilities to the next level and possibly compete as a Muay Thai fighter. It is designed to see how far your technique coupled with the bag and pad-work has improved. The sparring classes are controlled but do involve heavier contact; as a result of this you must wear protective equipment in order to take part.
Majestic MMA classes are a full combat system combining Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling and Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. MMA is great for the body; regular training strengthens and tones the muscles and adds flexibility. Training gives you a full cardio work out and you also increase your strength and stamina.
