Wild Bull Fitness was formed by Stephen Wild and Adam Sidlow in 2014. The creators of Wild Bull have over 20 years experience of playing Super League Rugby between them playing at the highest level and for the nations best teams. Both have worked with some of the best Conditioners and Nutritionists in sport and have an extensive knowledge in the field of health and fitness.
