I requested a taxi in the phone call from work to the train station which would normally cost me £7.30, I was sent a private hire vehicle and was charged £10.00 for the same trip, when I asked where the meter was for the cab he said it was private hire I pointed out it was not what I ordered, he became argumentative saying it was cheeper getting him anyway I said no taxis are cheeper, I would have got out and gone with a different company if I had the time too. If o request a taxi I expect a taxi, NOT a privaite hire no metered vehicle, and I don't like being charged nearly 1 & 1/2 standard rate

Absolutely outstanding service. I used 00 Cabs service twice, and they made my journey very easy. First of all, they both arrived on time, and I was notified by message in advance with all details of the journey. Secondly, both cars were safe and clean. I booked for a journey and the pickup point was wrong due to close pronunciation of the place. But they instantly rerouted and arranged another car in just 2minutes.
