Great service from NEED-A-CAB. Have used several times, always one ready at Plymouth Station, handy for getting into town or retail parks. Drivers are always friendly and professional. Can call up and book as well as I often require a return cab back to the station. Very frequent so no waiting. Thank you NEED-A-CAB for this service.

On calling Need-A-Cab Too book a taxi the receptionist was pleasant and made sure she had all the details that we're required to book the taxi. With the situation taxes are going through. I didn't think
It would've turned up on time. But received a text notifying it was on its way sure enough there bang on time . Hopefully they can keep providing this service 👍

Incredibly hit or miss, when they do turn up they're late, the rest of the time they don't bother sending a car, and if all their cars are busy they won't even bother giving a wait time they just hang up. Poor service, ship to shore door to door and taxi first are both way better, more reliable companies.
They didn't reply after asking me to email them either, so PR is on par with the rest of the service.
