Booked a taxi after me dads GP appointment, got told 10mins, after half an hour I booked one under my name then after 45mins I just gave up and took me dad to the bus stop, then they both appear, my driver just hangs up on me, at least me dads driver came to the stop. The drivers themselves were pleasant but the organisation around them is not acceptable when you're waiting 45mins.

Horrendous. Operator said they don't pick up from chaddlewoood (?!) so walked to the ridgeway as agreed taxi would be 15 mins, an hour an 20 mins later the taxi turns up after 2 calls chasing its where abouts and the rudest male operator you can imagine hung up on me! Terrible service!

AWFUL. Over an hour late and when I rang to chase there was no apology or guide on how much longer the cab would be. Driver didn't wear his seatbelt and sped the entire journey - at times 15 to 20 miles over the speed limit. I didn't feel at all safe. App is rubbish too

I book on the app 4 hours before and still turn up half hour late... they say its faster which it is not maybe ping the job to a driver 10mintuies before hand so they have the job and won't be late I dunno who's worse these or tower cabs I think you need to employ more drivers. . WORSE TAXI SERVICE EVER ALSO THEY CLAIM TO BE THE BEST IN PLYMOUTH NA 100% NOT YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT OF YOUR APP AS ITS VERY MISLEADING.

Taxi I booked was 30minutes late. When I got a message saying it was outside, it was nowhere to be seen. I searched nearby streets with no luck. Then saw it drive slowly down the street, I was waving quite madly at the driver who drove right past me. Operator on the phone went to book me another one...as they have no way of contacting the driver nearby. No radios apparently. Cancelled it in the end. Disorganised and unprofessional.

Really nervous to get public transport (taxi's), caught a taxi in the morning with my son on a return trip, stopped at shop as well...male driver was really quiet, but well presented and professional.
Caught a taxi in the afternoon...on my own female driver this time...not so well turned out as the guy...but professional.
If needed...I will use this firm now.

This is the most popular taxi company in Plymouth, I must admit if you book a taxi they are very quick to turn up, usually within 10 minutes. But I no longer use taxifast because I am fed up with getting sleazy taxi drivers who can't speak a word of english, have no idea where they are going unless they have sat nav and always get overcharged. The last time I used taxifast the driver was driving dangerously fast, I could not wait to get out of the car and haven't used them since.

Most times taxifast are quick easy and reliable, but as they are the busiest when it comes to the likes of a Friday, Saturday night there can be wait of up to an hour so it might be worth trying one of the smaller companies around. These are bookable only taxis so you cant flag one down if you see one (although they have a few black cabs now - which you can flag)

I have mixed feelings about taxi fast yes they are cheaper than big taxis, they are fairly quick and reliable, but the drivers sometimes make you feel uneasy and they seem to all be Polish. This is fine, but some of them made me feel really uneasy. I would say they are fine as long as you are with someone else, as I have been in one before and thought they were a little bit sleezy. I think on the whole though, I would use them again. Fares are very reasonable and definitely a lot cheaper than black cabs! They are, however, on a night out, bookable only, so you cannot just get into one.

These taxis are extremely reliable and cheaper than getting a taxi straight from outside the train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you ring to book a taxi. The taxis are very efficient and I have never had to wait more than 10minutes for a taxi. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. Would definately recomend.
