Please note that we only deliver within the United Kingdom. Most items available for same or next day collection or delivery, Monday-Friday.

I visited Chatfields yesterday to buy a Christmas present for a relative, I had a rough idea what I wanted but the assistant who helped me bent over backwards to offer suggestions and show me the items. The customer service I received was excellent. My purchase was gift wrapped beautifully and I was made to feel like a very valued customer. I will certainly return

I received fast and friendly service despite the shop being closed due to lockdown
I bought two wedding rings, one was engraved, and they were exactly what the my son and daughter-in-law wanted and they are extremely happy with them
Alex was very helpful and always was a fast turnaround of e mails

I was so impressed and greatful for the service I received when buying an engagement ring. I had in mind the style of band/diamond and was able to design my own ring. Chatsfields ordered in 2 of my favourite bands and 3 diamonds, these arrived 2 days later and I then went in to inspect the different combinations to get the perfect ring. I thought this way would be hugely expensive but it worked out way better value for money and a one off ring that no other bride has on her finger felt very special. Thanks so much chatsfields, couldn't recommend any more.

I went in to get help for the ring I wanted for my partner. Siobhan was the lady helping me go through the choices. She was so patient and helpful giving me the best advice. When I got the ring it was perfect to what I wanted. We also had to take it back for resizing and when we saw her she was so excited and happy for us. I can’t recommend this to get the ring you want. She made the experience much easier for me. I wanted to thank Siobhan for everything. She was so happy when she saw my partners face after the resizing it made me feel happy.

Fantastic from Start to Finish. They have been so patient after many many weeks of back and forth designing an engagement ring from scratch! A great experience. Alex helped me design the engagement ring I proposed with. She sourced the emerald cut diamond I wanted, the shoulder diamonds and sapphires and kept me informed all the way through the process of having it hand made.
