We are a small friendly family hotel in a prime location overlooking the bay of Perranporth. We are just a short 50m stroll from 3 miles of golden sandy beach. If that sounds like hard work you can always sit in our conservatory and read a book play a game, snooze or watch the world go by and in the evening watch the sunset.

To help with making your stay as welcoming as possible we aim to offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, just like being at home. You will have access to your room at all times as well as our conservatory to sit and relax, watch the world go by or enjoy one of our range of books and games for Perran's occasional rainy day!
Terms and conditions apply. We would advise guests to take out holiday insurance as you may be liable for the full cost of your holiday in the event of any cancellation made less than 14 days before date of arrival, unless we are able to re-book your accommodation. There is no charge for Cancellations made more than 14 days before date of arrival.

My mom and dad stay here every year for 10days and have done for the last 18+yrs...they absolutely love it. I've stayed a few times. My daughter who's 16 is there currently with my parents, It's a perfect accommodation, right by the beach and a lovely couple who run it. Clean tidy and the best breakfast.. Trust me you won't be disappointed. This is true Cornwall hospitality. X x

What a delightful family run hotel. Friendly owners and a marvelous full English breakfast. Also very clean, and quiet at night unlike some others! You can also get a parking permit for the Methodist Church car park opposite (Less for Sunday mornings 0930 to 1330 I believe, but check) which is an invaluable advantage in Perranporth as the car park near the beach is £6.50p per 24 hours, and often full by 0930 in the peak season. Value for money: Although there is no entertainment or bar, I would rather stay here than at the larger hotels in the area, and it is cheaper as well.

I was surprised to not find any reviews online so I was nervous about our stay here. So I thought I would leave a review for other people unsure!
Run by a friendly couple although we only met the lady. She was very friendly and showed us to our room quickly. The room was very spacious with a sea view - you also get a back door key which means you walk out and are on the beach within 30 seconds. The bathroom was clean and bed freshly made. We saw a couple of other people turn up with children....and didn't hear them through the walls!
They offer a full cooked breakfast with vegetarian options
