Guest Rooms Report

Here at Golant Bed and Breakfast we provide you with your own front door key so that you may come and go as you wish. We have a variety of rooms, from twin to double and triple. All our rooms are centrally heated for those winter months with TV and coffee making facilities. There are en-suite, some with shower.

There is something for all to do all year round on the Coast of Dreams. We have The Eden Project (Pictured Left) which is a global garden for the 21st century. A gateway to a sustainable future and a dramatic setting in which to tell the fascinating story of mankind's dependence on plants. We have several Golf Courses many of which are all year round greens.

We are within 5 minutes walking distance of the shops, Pubs, Restaurants and the fine beaches of Newquay. Newquay has some of the cleanest an safest beaches in the UK, with Fistral beach being one of the most popular surfers beaches in the Britian. The Golant Hotel Bed and Breakfast is owned the run by Matt & Linda and we extend a warm welcome to all our guests. Previously from Yorkshire, we relocated to Cornwall in 2004 in search of sun, sea and sand. And we couldn't have found a better location for our new guest house business - just minutes from the famous Newquay beaches and on the door step of some of the best tourist attractions in the county.

I came here with my fiancée her family and our mate to this B and B and we really couldn’t have chosen anywhere better as we had very nice rooms and very nice breakfasts and if there was anything you didn’t like on your breakfast all you need do is say and Linda the landlady will remember it then for next time and you’ll get a replacement item and it’s great to have a drink in the bar and have a chat with Matt and Linda before you go to bed so I’d definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for somewhere to stay

Matt & Linda are the most welcoming hosts and make you feel very welcome it's like your at home. Brilliant breakfast cooked by Linda every morning. Great service behind the bar from Matt until the early hours. Many thanks I hope to be back.

Just had a weekend away with friends for a stag do. Very homely, great location, the owners could not do enough for us fantastic hosts. The group all enjoyed perfect for what we needed.

If your looking for a family friendly base, you won't find much better than this.
Arriving in a stag party I felt like I was visiting me mum and dad. Linda and Matt went out of there way to ensure we were looked after. The hotel was clean and tidy, Linda makes a cracking breakfast, Matt bar is always open and he us a great host.
I'm really looking forward to bringing my family back here next year, using this as our base for visiting Cornwall.
Thank you again for your hospitality and miss the dogs already.
