Appalling, atrocious and awfully priced is a few words I can use to describe my experience here. Initially we planned to stay for 4 night but didn’t make it passed 24hours.
Firstly customer service is zero to none. When checking in we had to wait for a few minutes for someone to open the main door. The manager/worker/resident (not sure as he gave us a very basic introduction) gave us a poor tour/walk-around of the premises and the double room with ensuit we had booked.
Unfortunately the condition of the room was so poor we had no option to purchase cleaning supplies and give the room a tidy

The staff was excellent I can't fault them definitely an 11 out of ten . But the hotel or next door definitely needed their gutters done as when we was there it was raining and definitely pouring out of the overflowing gutters , so it was like trying to go to sleep at night with the taps running at full blast . But apart from that not too bad it's clean and tidy and very pleasant, I bet in the summer when we're not on lockdown and on the tail end of a tropical storm it would be a 5star place to stay .

Abrupt host on arrival after we had to ring the doorbell twice to gain entry. Continuous smell of weed coming in through the bedroom window. TV did not work. Stag party, running up and down stairs, shouting and kicking doors. At 4am, I had to get up to tell them to be quiet. No parking on site. In my opinion, paid hotel prices for a below par hostel. In the morning there was no host to talk to as we were told they wouldn't be up and we should leave the key on the hook on the way out. Definitely will not stay again!
