Nic is our awesome and fabulous Bluebell Lead Manager, working in partnership with our Operations Manager to support, guide, mentor, and coach our nursery Managers and teams across all three Bluebell Nurseries.Shortly after this She was promoted to Deputy Manager and loved working with the children as well as developing and gaining experience in other areas.

When choosing who will be involved in bringing up your child, it is a good idea to get as much information as possible. We believe that compared to some other options, a nursery environment offers greater social opportunities with peers and carers which helps to develop their confidence. Bluebell Barn Children's Nursery is a day nursery in a beautiful old barn on the edge of Eastbourne offering warm, friendly and stimulating childcare, either full-time or part-time. The nursery has bright airy rooms where your child will learn and have fun. It looks over fields and woods and has a large enclosed garden in which children can explore and enjoy a variety of activities.
Bluebell Hill Children's Nursery is lovely old converted house close to the centre of Eastbourne offering warm, friendly and stimulating childcare, either full-time or part-time. The nursery has bright and well equipped rooms, full of things to keep your child happy and stimulated.
There are wonderful walled mature gardens where children can enjoy lots of outdoor play and exploration, especially in the nature area where they can look for bugs, birds and plants.Located in a quiet residential road just off St Anthony's Avenue in Eastbourne, it is close to Sovereign Harbour, Langney and Hampden Park and easily accessible from the town centre.

Bluebell Wood Children's Nursery is a day nursery in part of a lovely old historic hall on the edge of Heathfield offering warm, friendly and stimulating childcare, either full-time or part-time. The nursery is in an area of Heathfield which was once part of the Goward Hall and has now been converted to provide a beautifully laid out nursery with its own private garden.

I was extremely nervous about my baby girl going to nursery, but after seeing the positive impact that bluebell has had on her confidence and all round persona I wouldn't look back. When I pick her up after work I get told how she has been and what she has eaten and I really feel like she is cared about. Also the app is a fantastic touch and I love how it gets updated throughout the day.

Absolutely amazing nursery. Elle and the team are always so helpful and friendly and welcome my daughter in each day with smiles on their faces! I have noticed a massive increase in my daughters confidence since being at Bluebells and would not hesitate to recommend the nursey to other parents :)

My daughter is starting at the nursery, due to her age (5 months) I’m very anxious about this even though I’ve always worked in nurseries. All the staff have made us feel very welcome and at ease about the transition and have been extremely helpful and she has loved her settling sessions so far!

Our daughter (now age 2.5) has attended Bluebell Barn Nursery since she was 11 months old and has literally loved every day of it. I found all the staff so welcoming in the beginning, which really made me feel at ease during what can be such a stressful time. I found them all very approachable, especially her key worker at the time (Emel), and also Eloise. I also felt very supported by the management too, especially Vicky.
Now that my daughter has moved up to Tigers, I can't thank all the staff enough for all their kindness and creativity that they bring to her experience at nursery. Chloe, Leoni

Working for Bluebell Barn, for the year I have been here so far is very enjoyable. We have a lovely team who are all very professional and have such a passion for child care and child development.

I have worked at Bluebell Barn Nursery for 5 years now. I enjoy coming to work and seeing all the children I look after everyday that I have built a really good relationship with. Staff are always happy and positive to work with. We all get on very well and work as a team. Bluebell Barn Nursery has always made me feel very welcome from the start and have always supported me. I’m always up to date with regular training and extra training that I choose to take on to improve on my own skills.

My two children have attended bluebell barn. My eldest from 8 months old to leaving to going to school (My youngest is still there). Both loved going and have so much fun. The staff are attentive and caring and invest in getting to know each child. There are so many activities and peer interactions they organise and do with the children. I have always highly recommended this nursery. Their ethos and general feel is relaxed with free flow and child lead activities throughout the day. I simply love this nursery.

My little boy has attended Bluebell Barn since he was 8 months old, now 2 and a half. He has thrived under their care and loves going to nursery.
The staff are friendly and professional and willing to adapt to routine changes as your child develops.
All changes are relayed to parents in a timely manner. During the Covid pandemic they have adapted so quickly to all changes and requirements meaning the children have had consistency and not had routines disrupted.
I can recommend them highly enough!
