A couple of days ago, I arrived back in England after my holiday. I needed to get my car bumper fixed as half of it had fallen off when I pulled up in a service station 5 minutes from Stansted before the holiday. It was taped up and holding well, however I had an hour and a half to drive home and did not feel comfortable doing that.

Recently had some work done by All Klasse after coming recommended from friends. No problems with the work and the guys seem friendly. I have since noticed that they have messed up my service book, ticking that its had a multitronic service when it's an S tronic. Hopefully it's just admin error. Also had somone else's address on my invoice.

All Klasse could not have been more helpful. I walked in at about 12 .00 on 24th August as my Octavia had just badly failed MOT. It is vital to my business and I needed it repaired urgently
By 5pm on 25th they had spent several hours and passed the MOT. They were very busy with booked work
