We have been going here for about 3 or 4 years, they treat us in a great manner you can have a laugh and a joke. On the mechanical side they have done a lot for us which is always an excellent job. They also put themselves out for the customer a service you don't see a lot of now days. From what we know we would highly recommend Star Street Garage in Ware.

Friendly, helpful and very reasonable on price too.
I was driving my Peugeot 206 and got into a minor collision so needed some body work done. Drove down and Mark talked me through what he could tell needed doing and what might need doing, also through the insurance vs out-of-pocket side of things (this was my first ever such incident so that was really useful for me). Got a new wing & headlight fitted and also managed to fix up the rest of the more minor damage to the bumper/bonnet/grille and I was back on the road in a couple of days. You can hardly tell that there was ever anything done unless

I have been using star street for many years now. In fact, I used the garage when it was in its previous premises. They have been friendly and helpful. Recently i had a breakdown and a mobile mechanic looked at my vehicle( not from SS). He said, amongst other possible causes, it might need a new engine. The mobile chap seemed to rely heavily on an electrical tester. Mark the mechanic at Star street identified the problem as a mechanical fault and fixed it. Thanks you!

What a waste of time, absolute useless garage. I only live up the road from them and it took them over a week to book me in for a simple fitting of 2 tyres. After being told three different prices on tyre fitting I don't get booked in and wait another 3 days only for a phone call to come in that morning saying that they cannot do it right away and then a follow-up phone call from the manager a couple houre later basically telling me to go to somewhere else. As a Ware born and bred person I've heard bad things about Star Street Garage before but now I've been and done it myself I will never ever
