Services
An impressive, Edwardian country house, Windlesham Manor enjoys a delightful setting within its own picturesque grounds. The principal lounge has been enlarged by a substantial, all-year round conservatory, which overlooks the terrace and gardens beyond. The house retains a country house ambience and the communal rooms are places where residents can relax, enjoy good company, participate in activities and entertain family and friends.
Accommodating up to 40 residents, Windlesham Manor is run by a full-time manager who is supported by a collective team of around 42 full-time and part-time members of staff. 24 hour care is provided by on-duty staff and assistance is always available. As fully-trained personnel are crucial to the continuing health and well-being of residents, Windlesham Manor invests in on-going training, which is independently implemented and monitored.
Stepping through the front door the first thing that strikes is the lovely fragrant air and the cosy, country hotel feel this charming house exudes. The team is run by Peter Granstrm, the Manager, alongside the hands-on owners Sue and Simon Carey in whose family the house has been for over 40 years.
Eating well is an important aspect of life at Windlesham Manor. Great care is taken in the quality and preparation of food and fresh produce is used wherever possible. The chef also takes great pride in serving a varied, appetising and nutritious menu. Individual dietary requirements and likes and dislikes are catered for, with alternatives to the menu always available.
If you take a similar pride in working to the highest standards, we hope you will consider coming and working with us. You will receive excellent induction training and the opportunity to study towards a Health and Social Care diploma where appropriate plus be a part of a fun and dedicated team earning a competitive salary and benefits.
