The repair was effected to my satisfaction.
I was however quite surprised to be loudly harangued by the mechanic about how difficult the access was and that he would never again agree to attend the premises.
I was left reeling at his manner and language.
I tried to counsel him as to his behaviour and attitude but this did not seem to be appreciated.
An interesting experience.

Gregg did a very quick and effective repair of our Saniflow. My wife had accidentaaly dropped a cap from our handwash down the loo and hadn't realised it, but flushed the loo. Obviously this made a grinding noise and rendered the toilet out of use. Gregg soon sorted the issue, wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Eddy Trivett Chelmsford, Essex.

Thanks to Matt I didn't have to buy a new Saniflo as he was able to repair it despite it's age! He was due to come to me before Christmas (yes, it decided to pack up a week before Christmas Day) but was unable to get to me on the arranged day due to flooding in my area 😱! However, he kept in touch and booked me in for after Christmas and to my relief was able to clean and fix it. He also advised me about what products to use to clean and descale the unit, something I'd not been told before. Many thanks Matt. I know where to come if I have any problems in the future.
