Went for an Interview years ago to discuss my skill set / experience. Said they had jobs that I would be interested in and would be in touch. Never called back. Then out of nothing they would contact me a few years later down the line.
I have recently asked for them to delete my records. I feel like they are keeping the records as a point of saying to their clients - look at our large database of potential candidates.
If you are contacted by these people, don't waste your time.

What can I say, I applied for a role advertised with Elevation and within a few days of submitting my CV Emma Clegg contacted me and arranged a virtual interview. She was great, made me feel comfortable and was easy to relate to.
Unfortunately the role I originally applied for got pulled by her client but Emma didn't rest on that, she marketed me out to prospective clients and secured me an interview within days for a similar role. Becky Walker and the team at Elevation Recruitment were amazing in helping me find work.
