Wanted to speak with an agent about one of their job listings to get more information. I was told that they weren't working that afternoon and that they would call me back the next working day. This did not happen. I contacted them again and the person assured me that the agent would get back to me. He never contacted me at all. If this is the way you treat prospective candidates then everyone please be aware. You want to use agencies when applying for a job as they ought to have an inside track on the job and able to chase prospective employers up on your behalf. How can you have any confidence
