If you want to know how professional an outfit these guys are here is my story......
I'm three months redundant with my first baby due in 6 weeks.
I had my details passed to Sean by an ex-employee of his. Without any interview, or checking of ANY of my work or education history I was asked to go to carry out a three week secondment, as a chef, to the Isle of Wight and most importantly it seemed, how soon could I be there.
I would have to check my diary, but this was on the Tuesday / Wednesday. I was, as imaginable, very happy, despite
