We offer specialist consultancy services tailored to the education sector including colleges, schools, universities, UTCs and apprenticeship providers.
We pride ourselves on working closely with the Sheffield business community. We foster long term relationships with businesses, third sctor organisations and charities to work collaboratively for the benefit of the region. We are passionate about partnering with local charities to raise awareness of their services and support their activities through profile raising.
In support of charities in Sheffield and South Yorkshire we now utilise our business networks to connect leading professionals and charitable organisations, assisting to place board level and Trustee positions. Charities often look for business professionals to join their board of trustees as a way of leveraging free impartial advice and experience from the business community.
We support charitable organisations by showcasing their volunteering opportunities and highlighting ways individuals or businesses can assist in their community projects. I have had a lot of experience with Sheffield recruiters over the years and hands down benchmark are the best I've encountered by a long long way.
They really get to know you and what makes you tick and in turn what will suit you in the jobs market.
I've never known what I want to be and Becca and Lee managed to find me a role that I never thought… I'd qualify for but that actually suits me to a T. It is stimulating and I'm enjoying my time at work for the first time in years. Not only that but they provided so much support along the way.

Refreshingly different recruitment agency. I have used Benchmark as both a prospective employee and now as an employer and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I'll put it out there, I've never been a fan of recruiters, call it bad experiences in the past, or a dislike for over the top niceties. However, I can't speak highly enough about benchmark's services. In particular Hannah Lea's genuine desire to place the right people in the right roles, whilst striking the perfect balance of client contact and professionalism. I felt Hannah was genuinely happy for me when I got my dream job, and now that I'm in a position of looking to take on new staff Hannah/Benchmark will be the first point of contact.
