Having been registered with Forde Recruitment for 5 years, I have found the team professional and extremely helpful in all of my dealings with the company. The implementation of the Tracktrans system was a bit touch and go at times, until the 'glitches' were resolved. And the team talked you through the set up, if you needed it. The system is an improvement on the old system of having to be telephoned each week to advise of your availability for work the following week. Also, the recording of vehicles moved, eliminating the paperwork.

I joined Forde a couple of years before Covid-19 erupted and was impressed at their commitment to find me work and to keep me going. After a while I was fortunate to fall onto a full time contract job which I worked until the pandemic struck. On the run upto lockdown I always felt my health and safety were paramount. Even though working on a zero hours based contract, when furlough came along I started to receive mine for which I was so grateful. Forde kept in regular contact throughout and as soon as the lockdown ended I was back on to full time work. The one and only reason I left was due to

I worked on the BCA contract for about five years. It was zero hours but, in practise, work was available for about 80% of the time overall (excluding lockdown). During the first lockdown Forde organised for us to receive furlough money, which they had no obligation to do. We worked throughout the subsequent lockdowns.
Wages were always paid on time and with no mysterious "deductions" for admin fees etc., which some agencies charge. Similarly, the holiday pay was always paid correctly.
Once allocated to a BCA team we worked through the Team Leader and Forde only got involved if there was a problem

I had been working for Forde recruitment for over 4 years. Throughout my time the staff have been very supportive, professional, friendly and excellent to deal with. I have during my time had no problems with being paid on time both for hours worked and holiday. During my time I had been given a good amount shifts.
