First off these are very nice folks. I was able to chat with Simon who has the gift of the gab. We worked together off and on for the last few months and he came highly recommended by my friend.
Something to work on: improve the follow through. I received more out of office emails and generic newsletters than I did personal ones updating me on opportunities. Feedback from employers was there was little advocation for me beyond receiving my resume in an email.
I've worked with a few recruiters in my time and the experience is mostly the same. You will need to chase down communication frequently
