Joe was brilliant at explaining the different options, next steps and everything we had no clue about. Very responsive and on the ball and so was Vicky.
However, I cannot give Michael Usher a 5 stars due to their poor judgement when it comes to solicitor recommendation. They advised APL (advantage property lawyers) located in Leeds, and dealing with this utterly incompetent firm has completely corrupted the whole transaction. An easy deal with no chains and great mortgage advisors turned into an absolute nightmare. Thankfully Vicky at Michael Usher was great at helping us push APL to do their

Michael usher mortgage services was never on my radar, but as my mortgage broker Mark Jones had moved there from a local competitor i thought id give them a try and i was not disappointed, Mark is an absolute credit to Michael usher mortgages, i've grown to know mark on a business and some what personal level. Mark Jones came highly recommended to me, so my expectations were quite high and he did not disappoint! I was very confused about remortgaging with all the scare mongering you hear everywhere at the moment, but after speaking with Mark I was left with no doubt whatsoever.
