Death Cover - lump sum cover in the event of death or becoming terminally ill. This cover means you keep the house and not the debt in the event of death during the duration of the mortgage. Cancer and Critical Illness - a one off lump sum if you are diagnosed with a specified critical illness, the top 4 claims being: cancer, stroke, MS and heart attack.

When taking out a mortgage you should always consider the insurance cover you have against your buildings and contents and review your policies to reflect any changes.

My wife and I have recently completed on the purchase of our family home, on which Elmbank provided both the mortgage and insurance advice for and we would highly recommend them for both services.
Having came across them because they are local to Yateley, they are head and shoulders above our previous advisor and we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else when our fixed term comes to an end.
