First time I got a good driver and it was cheap. The next time the driver started at 0£ on the machine. Then at night I was told it starts at £7 because it's 1.5 of the journey. This morning the driver started at 0£ then this evening a different driver started at £3. I called the office and they said the council sets it to start at £3 they can't change. I'm very unhappy with the service. Too bad I was beginning to like the company.. Not using again.

I used this company for a lift from Heathrow. It arrived 30 min late. I called the office. After 10 min. The guy on the phone was rude not taking any responsibility.I am fine with 10 min delay, but more than that needs proper explanation and they shouted at me instead of bringing an acceptable reason. I will never use this company again, very upset with their service

Called politely for a cab, was given a £12 quote for a 1.5 mile (4 mins) journey. I was quite surprised at the quote, and suggested that this was expensive (would have walked but was starting to rain). In reply I was told to order an Uber. I’m now in the Uber, about to pay £6 for the journey. Thanks for the advice guys, please make sure you provide this to all potential customers to save them time and rudeness.

I booked a service travel from Airport to Guildford in May 2021. While the process time at border may take long due to our special visa issue, Surrey Cars - Guildford Taxi Co. stayed in touch with us to provide service at very good timing. The price is also good. It was very nice experience as we went back home pretty quickly. I would like to book the service of this company again if I needed.
