My family and I had a terrible experience with A3 Cars. Booked for a 6:30am pick up to Gatwick airport. After several, very stressful phone calls, someone eventually turned up at 7:40am. The reason the driver was late became very apparent by the way he drove us to the airport. Awful experience. Do not use this company. Particularly if you have to be at an airport by a specific time.

Having previously had a good experience booked a second transfer to Gatwick and back from Hindhead end of Nov 2019. Pick up on time but driver was either tired or not properly qualified as he constantly drifted across the lanes, at one point nearly taking a vehicle out. When changing lanes he did so very roughly. On our return, despite advising before return flight of the flight delay and A3 having the flight number to track, the driver arrived 1/2 hour after we exited customs. After waiting 5 min and initial calling told he was 10 min away by office, he called saying 5min away, after further 10min

I had booked airport transfer with A3 cars and was incredibly happy with their service. The flights back were seriously delayed and it took forever before we could pick up our luggage. I was very happy to see our driver on the other side waiting for us and bringing us back home at 2pm in the morning with no additional charges. Thank you A3 cars and Mansha Khan!

I used A3 cars for the first time today. They were very prompt in responding to quote when asked. The booking was very easy and confirmation was sent quickly. On the actual day, the taxi arrived on time and the driver was very polite and professional. The taxi was very clean. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Guildford. oh, I nearly forgot, the fare was as quoted. Keep up the good work.
