The impact of your job on your life is huge. The majority of us spend longer at work than anywhere else. We also know how much time and money is invested in employees, and how a business is only as good as the people within it. At the start of 2017, we looked back at how many lives and businesses we had already helped and impacted through our work.
Our MD Eloise had been managing successful recruitment teams for many years when she realised that corporate recruitment had become less about the people and businesses involved, and more like a numbers game. She was confident that there was a better way, so in 2005 she took the leap and created Vanilla Recruitment.
I started Vanilla Recruitment in 2005 because I wanted to make a positive impact on people's experience of recruitment. I'd worked for many years in high street recruitment companies in Northampton and Leicester, but I felt that many big agencies had lost the real reason why recruitment companies are of true value to clients and candidates.
We are proud to be an independent recruitment agency because it gives us the flexibility to form a true partnership with you. Across our five niche recruitment specialisms, our unified team are committed to getting you the results you need. We are experts in matching the right candidates with the right businesses.
