Terry is old school actually reads the C.V. and talks to the candidate doesn't rely on a computer word search!
He is proactive in his approach following up with both client and candidate to ensure all are on the same page.

Terry consistently has provided quality candidates, all of whom have done stellar work. I've known and worked with Terry for quite some years and a number of things really impress me about his approach to business. Firstly he makes a lot of effort to keep abreast of what is happening in logistics and readily understands the dynamic shifts in the market place. Secondly his ethical approach to recruitment is to be admired: I have known him turn down jobs rather than compromise either the candidate or the client and he's not afraid to say if either a job isn't right for a candidate or a candidate not right for the job.
