Supporting RL People's ongoing growth we are seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our team. Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. Must be an outgoing, sales orientated individual with the ability to develop long lasting relationships that exemplify the culture of RL People. Competitive salary and commission scheme.

Each stage of the recruiting process was extremely smooth. The team members I had the privilege of working with were professional and warm. During each stage of the process, I was kept well informed which is too uncommon with recruiting in my experience. Had an excellent experience with RL People. It's been tough with the pandemic to find opportunities that are a strong fit, with so many industries in flux. Thanks to RL people, I'm finally able to get back to work. Holly Watson was attentive and communicative during the entire process. She checked in with me multiple times during each step of the process, and was instrumental to my getting the position. She never once passed me off to another, never once sent a canned response, and stayed diligent until I had an offer. International recruiting can be an absolute nightmare, but not with RL People
