The property is a self contained pool house just across the courtyard from the main house. The owner was very friendly/accommodating.
We loved it, the fact you can just go for a swim when you feel like it, day or night. The property is on the edge of Slindon Woods and is well situated for easy access to the local attractions.
Will definitely make a date for a return trip.

We had a lovely few days at 76 The Mint. Great location in the centre of Rye with the cheap Market car park very nearby for parking. Downstairs bathroom could do with a refit but otherwise the cottage was well equipped and thought out with comfortable beds. Lots to do nearby including the little Rye cinema, Camber sands and Bodian Castle.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashby Cottage. The house was immaculately clean and really well equipped. Everything was of really good quality. The house is in a great position for exploring beautiful Arundel and further afield. There is nothing we could fault and we'd love to return.

Beautiful cottage in wonderful countryside. Fantastic walks locally and lots of great places to visit. Recommend the cheese tours at High Weald dairy. We walked to the Red Lion at Chelwood Gate for lunch and the food was really good. Ordnance Survey app great for routes.
Cottage was clean and well equipped and beds very comfy. Owners kindly left some provisions.
The low beams upstairs are really low - a 5fter had to duck but enjoyed feeling tall!

The Barn was perfect in every way. Immaculate and high quality accommodation. Seemed brand new inside. Quiet rural location with splendid views across the South Downs. Every item you could think of was provided. It was like home. Good base to walk to Petworth village. Charlotte was a wonderful host. Plenty of places of interest within a short drive away. Will definitely return again. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend staying here.

We had another really relaxing and fun time at the cottage and cannot wait to return. The host is incredibly helpful and informative on the local area. The garden is simply amazing and the cottage is spotless and spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We found all the beds really comfortable. The welcome pack of local provisions is very generous and delicious. It's a wonderful bonus to have a playroom for the children to use. Lewes, the nearest town, is delightful, we recommend visiting the Flint Owl Bakery's charming courtyard outdoor space. we definitely recommend

The whole process was as you would hope. Communication was good, information was clear and accurate, property was as described.
The cottage was in a lovely little village, and itself is all you would expect of a tudor property. I'm 6'3" and somehow didn't bang my head, which is incredible considering the low doors! It's very quirky but we absolutely loved it.
Only mild disappointment was that the rules regarding dogs using the garden changed from when we booked (when it was not mentioned) to when we arrived when we were told it was not allowed. Seems odd to allow dogs to stay but not allow them

We have just returned from 3 nights at The Lake House which was superb, so much so we have rebooked again in 2 months time. The Accomodation is tastefully furnished and decorated. The views over the lake or swimming pool are lovely. It is a lovely tranquil, relaxing place and the landscaped the gardens/lake are lovely to spend time in. The owners were away when we stayed and we had access to the pool all weekend.
